I like Gary, he was helpful. I still think the pricing for these homes are $50k expensive.
Build quality is too low standards and they dont care about you or your home once it is sold. Better look for good builders.
We love our home and feel the build quality is good. Unfortunately, our street is incredibly busy and people drive at much higher speeds than 25. Lennar agent told us when we viewed the lot that it was construction traffic and would be short term. Not the case. Would not recommend Creekside Crossing to anyone unless you are ok with a lot of traffic. If we could sell, we would.
