I purchased on August 23, 2024. Since moving in, I have experienced persistent low water pressure and mineral sediment buildup throughout the home. This has now escalated to a point where both of the bathrooms in my home are nonfunctional, leaving my household without any working shower facilities. The homes are great and well-priced with a fair amount of space/land between houses. I especially appreciate the consultant we worked with, Alex Silitch. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the houses and nearby area (building materials of houses, approximate prices for improvements, and even best trees to grow in the area, among other things) while being very easygoing and kind to work with. I greatly appreciate the time he spent working with us.
Lennar has done horrible in my development, issue after issues has come up and they deny depose and defend everything. They have 0 intention of helping you after they sale you your home and they hide things at closing. I will never buy a Lennar home again.
Omg let me start out saying Lennar at Country Lane Estates what a beautiful subdivision also the ppl there at the front desk are so pleasant and wonderful to be around I was so eagered to meet the marketing Manager Mrs. Rachel B. Who called my company Rjs party rental to put up a tent,wetslide,chairs, stage and tables for there neighborhood gathering Thank you again for choosing Rjs party rentals.
