Awful. Junky neighborhood with car break ins constantly. The folks at Lennar don’t care at all - all they see is $$$$.
Love My new home
No regard for existing residents. They tear up roads and don't repair them, don't apply for appropriate permits, etc. They clear cut every single tree and neighborhoods have no character. Cookie cutter houses stacked on top of each other.
