Our family loves this community. Tons of amenities and great schools to choose from!
Went to purchase a house, put a deposit down, the house was starting to be built horribly (i.e. about 16 nails holding up a header, but was told it will be hidden by drywall). We backed out of that house/model, was told I'd have 2 months to use deposit. Asked for an extension b/c they weren't building more at the time. Talk about a sham to be forced to buy 'that' product, then be given no options for the same home because now they don't offer that model. Now, we've run out of time.
