We had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Lennar. We initially went under contract with a home contingent on selling our current house. When our home didn’t sell within just two days, Lennar canceled the contract and kept $250 of our deposit. To make matters worse, the sales representative told us that this was the last model of that particular home being built—which turned out to be completely untrue. That alone felt very misleading. GARBAGE build quality. The fact that these homes stay up is a miracle. You WILL have at least 10 issues with your brand new home within the first year and more after that. EVERYONE that works with Lennar hates you and treat you like they do. They don't care about you, they just want you to sign. Lennar Mortgage was the WORST experience I've ever had and incredibly probing beyond what any other Mortgage lender would. DO NOT EVER buy a Lennar home
Thankful the people who showed photos, described the problems BIG and small with their new homes and the lack of professionalism of Lennar. Will definitely skip this builder and look into other builders.
Lennar never stated anywhere about an offer that is made and them countering it needs to be decided by that day 11:59pm They said 24hrs, which they dont actually give. Anyway not buying a home from them. Dont rush with buying because they drop the prices even though they say they dont go down in pricing. We have been looking at Connerton for about 6 months as our landing spot when moving south and finally have decided to make the move. What bothers me the most with Lennar Connerton is their pricing. They apparently have an AI algorithm that decides their home pricing and management gives zero about customers. They will sell a home style 4 consecutive times for $60k less than “MSRP”, but then just raise the value. If you wait, it just goes down again.
