The HOA is horrible because it is ran by Hinson management. Im sure everyone has heard the horror stories about them. Those stories are true! Cant have a trampoline in your back yard is ridiculous. No playgrounds for the kids so what are they to do? And the pool? We still dont got it and it's been 3 years since we moved in. Would never have bought a house here knowing all this. Don't make the mistake I made.
The HOA is insane here!! Don't buy a house here if you wanna be able to have any sense of ownership of your own house.
