Terrible workmanship. Two weeks prior to closing, we found too many unresolved issues, and those were the ones we could see. The construction manager couldn't answer basic questions as to why these issues weren't caught during his watch. He blamed the city of Lakeville's inspection department. We chose to back out of the sale and lost our earnest money, but it was money well spent considering what we would have spent addressing all of the potential issues that we couldn't see. ENDLESS AIRPLANES TEARING your roof off, it never stops and was not disclosed by Lennar that the development is on an Airport super highway. Buyers beware and invest in lifetime supply of earplugs. What a joke
