This is my second Lennar home, and the first one I bought in Illinois was fantastic and a super smooth experience. Jason from the Lino Lakes community assisted me with finding a home in the Minneapolis area and was amazing. After that, the entire thing went south. Issues with the new home coordinator, issues with the title company, chasing down the contractor to pick up garbage left all over the yard and then snarky sarcastic customer service reps for major quality issues like faucets with no tension, fridge damages, uneven ... read more
