I rented a privately owned townhouse at 304 Leland Crest. Throughout my tenancy, there was no clarity or accountability. Each time I raised an issue, I was told “the owner will handle it,” yet a different person responded every time, with no consistent or reliable contact. Don’t buy a house here until construction is finished. The builders do not respect homeowners. Construction activity starts very early—sometimes as early as 4:50 in the morning. On top of that, there are several ongoing issues with trash cans being placed in the wrong locations, overflowing dog-waste bins, and dog waste left throughout the community. Even though we have contacted the HOA, their response has not been sufficient. This is a very large community and clearly needs a dedicated employee, but the HOA disagrees.

Extremely Disappointed With Lennar’s Warranty, Quality, and Communication My experience with Lennar has taken a shocking turn — and not for the better. The current single-family home plans are somewhat underwhelming and appear to be priced higher compared to similar options in the surrounding neighborhood. Additionally, the existing layouts lack dedicated dining space, which is quite disappointing. It would be greatly appreciated if the Mayflower plan could be considered for inclusion in this community. The overall quality has also noticeably declined, particularly in details like the mats and shelves in the closets.
