We are coming up on one year in house. The house wasn’t perfect to start with and I suspect most houses are not. The warranty support group has been great to work with and they have fixed most of the issues. Some better oversight during construction would help. Note that “everything included” and Lennar displayed options for the model you want, might not be something that Lennar will do. I imagine that this varies from neighborhood to neighborhood. Absolutely delighted with my home. Chase C walked us through the whole process and made the punch list disappear in only 1 quick trip! He made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. Thanks Chase, we love our home!
Neighbors will harass and bully other residents of the community that are using the COMMUNITY CENTER that is, PUBLIC USAGE. Moreover, the same neighbors obsess over small things that do not affect them. I.e. thermostat setting, lights being on/off. You all do realize that you ONLY pay for the HOA fee right? You’re not paying for any upkeep costs. Therefore, while it is a beautiful neighborhood and has some charm to it.
