Brand new construction and neighborhood, going downhill QUICKLY! The new residents do NOT take care of their property or the community spaces. Kids are EVERYWHERE and they leave trash in your yard or kick soccer balls into the walls and windows. The geese are everywhere and nasty as usual. Will be moving out ASAP!!!
