Lennar is a great home builder that I can testify for more than 20 years. I am a real estate broker with 2 decades of experience selling new homes and own a company that specializes in new home sales. I have personally bought several Lennar homes over the years in the Houston area and currently own a Lennar. This community however is the worst. Thinking about moving to CC. Will most definitely consider Lennar & Calallen South. Joel was wonderful.
It's not worth the price. The location doesn't have much to offer I would say maybe 130,000 but not no 200+ that's crazy.
Run don’t walk. Just letting you know you are buying a home in ROBSTOWN if you buy here. The neighborhood is “CalAllen South” but that is not true according to USPS. You will have issues with your mail, with poorly slapped together homes, and no one knows anything. Good luck getting a straight answer from anyone. Still waiting on our paycheck from lennar since we did more work than most employees there. Seriously, look elsewhere..
