Lennar is a great home builder that I can testify for more than 20 years. I am a real estate broker with 2 decades of experience selling new homes and own a company that specializes in new home sales. I have personally bought several Lennar homes over the years in the Houston area and currently own a Lennar. This community however is the worst.
