I am in the market for a new home. Went on a tour of one of the models and was shocked how stripped down these homes are for the price. They use the cheapest cabinets that do not include the handles. No light fixtures or ceiling fans. There is too much to list here. With the price at almost 500k is insane.
This beautiful new development off Exit 121 in West Lucie offers a great location, and the process of securing my VA loan through the builder went smoothly. However, after closing, I felt the support and communication could have been much better. For example, I didn’t know where to collect my mail or get a key, and when I reached out to the HOA from the paperwork they gave me, I found out the manager was no longer managing the development.
