I went to purchase a home with lennar. I was not informed any full details, but that everything was time sensitive and needs to be filled out asap to process paperwork. No one went over the agreement with me and never talked about the contract. I am a first time home buyer and did not have any representation from a realtor or lawyer. I had an unfortunate event happen to where I had to back out of the deal. And I was told I would not receive my Ernest deposit back. Which I was completely fine with.
