Worst company to work with. They initially tell you that if you that there is a window for refund of deposit money but they never refund money no matter what your situation is, even if you have to leave the country and don’t need the house anymore. There are many such stories of fraud by them on internet.
Would not recommend bridgeway communities.
Don’t move to this community as the HOA and community here is ridiculous. I’m unloading my groceries in front of my own house into the fridge and within 5 minutes my car is towed. It’s towed in front of my OWN house because it’s considered fire lanes and you can’t leave your car unattended for even a few minutes. Costed $550 to get it out of the lot and a huge hassle and time. Been living here for 6 months. Loving the community but the construction job for the carpet with nails everywhere and having to wait for months to get a response form Lennar is ridiculous
