The neighborhood itself is quite appealing! The customer service and and the quality of the homes are trash.
Do not buy from Lennar. The house is cheaply built with low-quality materials. After just one year, bathroom tiles are broken, the air conditioner is subpar, and the ceiling lights are cheap. For saving a few bucks, they didn’t even wire the garage door for an automatic opener. I honestly don’t know how it passed state inspection. Very disappointing experience.
They kick out residents of their office when residents have concerns and issues on their newly built homes.
