Lennar overall a third grade builder, uses very low grade materials and products. I am having multiple issues from Microwave to Cooking range to electric circuit breaker issues and they come up with some excuses and wont repair. Lennar is not a recommended builder
The homes are poorly built with some of the cheapest materials they could find. They do not honor any warranty. Keep giving us the run around with ac problems. Had to come out multiple times and the issue still did not get resolved. Stay away from Lennar homes!
DON'T BUY LENNAR HOMES. worst builder ever, they used cheapest materials. Things go bad and they will not honor warranty.
