If I could give 0 stars, I would! This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I made a purchase with Lennar a month ago, and it has been a complete headache. My closing disclosure clearly states that the escrow account pays for hazard insurance in full—but it didn’t. My insurance policy was about to be canceled. Lennar agents barely respond to emails, and when they do, they ignore my questions and provide nonsense information. Been living in a Lennar home for 2.5 years now and figured it’s time to post a review. Overall home features look good at first glance, but overtime you realize it low quality build. With a price point at $700,000 you should have high expectations. Here are the poor marks: - cheap carpeting used throughout the house, poor piling and not an upgrade - poor quality paint; multiple scuff marks even created by someone brushing their should across walls - airflow vents on bottom of doors constantly coming loose - LED can lights co... read more
