This is my experience with Lennar, and I’m sharing it so future homeowners know what to expect after closing. Absolute terrible home builders. When they frame these houses, they allow the rain to soak the entire house on the inside, warping the subfloors and all the studs. Huge gaps between the plywood, subfloor and bottom plate of the wall. Very cheap cabinetry, and all the interior wood trim and doors are compressed cardboard. The shower surrounds leak constantly and they act like they don’t know why. The warranty reps and job soups are all lacking experience and really have no idea what they’re doing.

Beautiful new neighborhood in Elk River! Cale (Sales Rep) was amazing to work with. He was super patient during the decision process, very thorough with the contract and available whenever we had additional questions. Highly recommend!
