STAY FAR AWAY!!! Lennar promotes this a “private gated community” but it’s nothing more than another plot of land where anyone and anything can come and go. Lennar has gotten so desperate to move houses that they, paired with the HOA, allow section 8 government housing, AirBnb rentals, and lease rentals to anyone without doing any vetting. There are shootings, burglars, robberies, property damage, and cops coming through all the time. Working with Lennar from agents on site to lending to title has been the worst home buying experience of my life. Poor communication, unaware of their processes, and late frequently are just a few items. The home does not demonstrate good craftsmanship and the build before and during purchase is not maintained appropriately. They want to congratulate you on a home purchase and make a spectacle but cannot do the fundamentals of a home purchase appropriately. Find an agent and go the traditional route.
