Buyer, beware. So much of the land in the community is undeveloped. Builder WIILL sell out and WILL leave the homeowners to figure out what to do with the undeveloped terrain and land. It's simply not a good deal. Think long and hard before purchasing because once the builder leaves the community, fees are going to skyrocket for upkeep.
Vanity cabinets in bathrooms are too short 30 to 32 inches tall. Should be 36 inches to prevent back strain. No options to select finishes. Master bath has several support handles on every wall which makes narrow shower even more narrow which is mandatory. They should use grey or darker colored grout on shower floor as white can get dingy and show stains after years of use.
