I don't understand how you are supposed to buy a home from Lennar at Beach Walk? It seems to me like it is a major sales gimmick!! Phyllis Pike plays the role well, so difficult to deal with. I thought after at least a month of trying to get virtual walk throughs Phyllis was able to take videos because she couldn't figure out how to video call me...so that is frustrating and then she chose what to video and then just would stop and disappear on me, right in the middle of discussing and viewing homes.
