When I first purchased my home, I was happy with it, and things got fixed in a reasonable time. At the two year mark, that's when the real issues started happening. I have a leak coming from either my 2nd floor window or the roof. It is causing black mold all over the drywall ceiling in my garage. And the 2nd issue is that my foundation cracked in the floor of my basement is a corner, and above the same crack there is a minor leak. They refuse to fix any of it and use sub-par contractors. Make sure you do a full inspection of your home before you buy here. Lennar could not have hired worse contractors to perform the tasks to build a home. Their customer service for their "craftsmanship" warranty has been just awful to deal with.
This a great community to live in with lots of small kids in the neighborhood. I have one house in Aylesworth (been here for 3 years now) and I wish I could buy another one but they sold out of all houses. With the new Amazon data center in Hobart opening, this community is a great investment opportunity to buy and list a rental property in 2027 and beyond. Also the top rated Crown Point school system is a great benefit of living in Aylesworth.
Worst home ever! Air leaks along barrier walls. Walls are crooked, bowed walls . Retention pond looks like a garbage pit. Lennar salesperson lied to me about HOA rules. Stay away.
