This is a prime location! Close to the baseball field, great shopping, schools & freeway. You can't go wrong with this community. The community offers a Pool, pickball court, and parks throughout the community.
Horrible homebuilder. How far they have fallen
I know nothing about the homes, or build quality. The neighborhood is nice though. That is not a public transportation Airport. It is used as a parking lot, while the planes get their motors refurbished. You might hear one Jet a month. It’s a much appreciated novelty that boosts the Goodyear Economy.
The HOA amenities are very nice
Buying a home here, so yeah, once it's built it's adding up to a great place and location!!
