I know nothing about the homes, or build quality. The neighborhood is nice though. That is not a public transportation Airport. It is used as a parking lot, while the planes get their motors refurbished. You might hear one Jet a month. It’s a much appreciated novelty that boosts the Goodyear Economy.
The HOA amenities are very nice
Buying a home here, so yeah, once it's built it's adding up to a great place and location!!
Location is great on Estrella parkway. Close to most shopping . This place offers a pool. I rate it a 3 due to street design is not the best . And to my pinion is small homes in small lots with little access to backyard . Enough space to add a grill area. Some you can’t place a gazebo. Is very limited. You can tell everything is close to being compact. Low garage height.
Very informative. Had answers to questions. Went to building site. My family bought one of the next gens.
