WARNING‼️I bought a new home in Lennar at Avion just a few months ago, and one of my biggest regrets is not understanding how active and disruptive Phoenix Goodyear Airport really is. I uploaded videos recorded directly from my backyard so people can hear what residents actually deal with every single day. This airport is not a “parking lot” like some reviews claim. Saw a review complaining about residents from the Richmond community using the amenities (pickleball, pool, etc) Both Richmond communities are included in the HOA. They get to use the amenities and have fobs to get in. Hope that helps!
I purchased home last year. Recently hired home inspector for the 1 year mark which honestly should be done before you close on home. I hired JJ from Vannier home inspections. Reasonable and very thorough. Had 25 infractions 5 of which was serious and needs immediately fix due to fire hazard from electrical issues or garage door loud /warped noise . Recently acquired property at this location. So far so good. It's fairly new and they're still building houses around us. But so far friendly neighbors. We're a friendly family so we end up saying hello before most else. The park is well kept and the pool is all slow. Very awesome. I highly recommend taking advantage of the hot tub/Jacuzzi while you're here. It makes the time go by faster when u host friends and family. And perfect (hot tub) after a hard day's work.
