Lennar warranty claims process is terrible. Multiple instances of them promising one thing in person and then later refusing to do the work. Unbelievable that they refuse to do their own suggestions.

We recently bought a home and had a very negative experience working with Lennar. Communication was consistently poor, incorrect information and pricing were provided multiple times in writing, and there was little willingness to work with us as buyers. We were pressured into extremely short timelines, given limited opportunity to review or ask questions about a lengthy purchase agreement, and often struggled to get timely or accurate responses.
