We are hear 3 weeks now and are certain that we made the right choice. Everyone from the first day with Nina our sales representative to the last day with Amanda our closing coordinator and everyone in-between including mortgage department and even the title company and site manager Blake and Everyone that lennar puts together as a team to make your experience effortless works perfectly. I’ve worked with Lennar on multiple new bills with my clients and they have always been a pleasure to work with. Beyond that they have been easy to work with for my clients. The spec homes that are quick deliveries Duette attend to be the most affordable, however you can pick your lot and floor plan and fixtures as well. The sales reps are always so friendly easy to work with and my clients truly appreciate them.

We just signed contract and so far everything has been an easy and stress free experience. We pulled into the neighborhood based on a resale we saw on line. Last thing we were expecting to do was build another house but it just felt like home. We walked and talked to existing residents and it’s what we always wanted.
