STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER!!!! I almost bought one of their homes a few years ago to live next to my daughter and they have had nothing but trouble and Lennar will not fix anything. Cheap construction material leaks in the pipes and they will not do anything for her. Stay away from this unethical Home Builder.

Do not buy a Lennar home. We are so disappointed with our Asante new build home. It’s been one issue after another in just one year. Everything from having to rebuild an entire wall to faulty electrical to damaged irrigation to defective/unsealed windows to poor plumbing and everything else in between! Literally! They are making such cheap quality homes and we’ve had to put in a “ticket” for everything I just listed above. Our home is a 2023 build and all these issues already.
