Do not buy a Lennar home. We are so disappointed with our Asante new build home. It’s been one issue after another in just one year. Everything from having to rebuild an entire wall to faulty electrical to damaged irrigation to defective/unsealed windows to poor plumbing and everything else in between! Literally! They are making such cheap quality homes and we’ve had to put in a “ticket” for everything I just listed above. Our home is a 2023 build and all these issues already. Very Very Disappointed, with the Agent Jerry. I spoke to him regarding agent referrals, later he emailed me. Told me, that I Was Out of Luck- Because the Agent- Would have been required to Call Them First. This is Absurd. Probably Will Not Even Consider This Community Now. Pricing Seems Good, Incentives Seem to be Very Agressive, Financing Options Are Very Appealing- But Staff does not not seem to Want to Sell Homes... Not a Good Thing...
