I got called the wrong name three times. Lorena is clueless, unapologetic, and scatter brained. We did like the Explorer but there is no way I would give her the business. The house itself is a nice model. I loved the posted price idea where it tells you the price as you see it. The upgraded cabinet options feel cheap.
