I will never give a rating of one to any location except for this one who earned it. They use the most extremely deceptive marketing practices and literally sell to family homes a single family homes just attached at the seam lol. This place is so far out you got no clue and there's so much traffic because the two lane road has one lane closed because of the construction to make it bigger and this is a disaster to get to and when you get there there are literally 1700 homes lined up for miles and as far as you can see and no... read more
Went to see the model homes at Arden. Lennar was the 1st builders site i went. There were no spots at the little parking area. There was 1 sales person on the phone in the 1st model home/office. No brochures, no info, only the home itself. Then we tried to get in the 2nd model home. It was locked. The 1st model home was not good at all. Poorly laid out, nothing striking.
