Walked in hoping to view some models to see if this was a goot fit for me and what I am looking for. The sales person who greeted me (Anaie) was dismissive and handed me her card and told me to make an appointment. Ok - no problem. I'll go elsewhere.

I will never give a rating of one to any location except for this one who earned it. They use the most extremely deceptive marketing practices and literally sell to family homes a single family homes just attached at the seam lol. This place is so far out you got no clue and there's so much traffic because the two lane road has one lane closed because of the construction to make it bigger and this is a disaster to get to and when you get there there are literally 1700 homes lined up for miles and as far as you can see and no... read more

If you plan on moving here, don’t expect to receive mail, packages or deliveries. Lennar blames USPS. Lennar blames county. USPS blames Lennar. County blames Lennar. And yet, months later you still can’t get mail to your house. You have to make the 20 min trip to 441/southern, stand in line for 20 mins, wait another 20 mins while they try to locate your mail, and then make the 20 mins drive back home.
