Recently stopped by to view homes and the representative Ronnie was not friendly. She made us feel like we were bothering her to go see the homes. The home itself was very basic as well and the other builders around offer better options and better service. She didn’t even want to take our information to send us more on the homes. Service is a zero if you ask me and I definitely will not be purchasing with Lennar.

I was really surprised about this in neighborhood at the size! I love that they had multiple ponds placed throughout the neighborhood. There are multiple builders here, which I thought was pretty interesting. Very close to the main highway not too far from the beach.
A1 service everybody is nice in the office. Builder is wonderful so whoever saying and giving this company two stars they crazy I give them 5 stars
