We purchased a home with Lennar homes. We had an issue with our garage door panel . They sent a nice older gentlemen to our (so we thought) but what he did not know was that we had the ring camera in our garage. As he was replacing the panel on our garage door he decides to take a tool out of my husband tool box and my husband saw him on the ring camera. Moved into our new home a few weeks ago. No issues and community is nice and quiet
We purchased our home in May 2024. When I say NIGHTMARE!!! I mean exactly that!!! Our warranty rep Deanna has been great😊 however that has been the only good thing we can see. Lennar Home Builders use trades that do care about their workmanship. We have 111 defects where they basically is taking the home apart and redoing, repairing and replacing things.
