Lenmed Ahmed Kathrada Private Hospital is a cut above the rest. The level of care, the friendly staff from the gate right through to the wards. The quick check in process. I am truly impressed. Not forgetting the quality and frequency of the meals.
The level or standard of Casualty here does no longer match the standard of Private hospital. We now stay hours without seeing the Dr and my son was in severe pains. Lack of proper communication, We felt like we are in some Public hospital. Poor standard I see here tonight.
Slow service at trauma
Felt like a public hospital I know the staff was not to be blamed because tell me why there was only one doctor in the emergency room. I was there for 4 hours before seeing a doctor I fought too see an additional 2 hours for feedback clearly the nurses are overworked making them extremely unpleasant to deal with. Emergency should be dealt with urgency
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our experience at the Casualty Department. Upon our arrival, our details were taken down by the reception staff. We then waited for approximately 30 minutes before I asked one of the staff members how patients were being called. I was informed that patients were being seen according to a list.
