Dear Leni & Rob; I love you! What a great experience to be in your salon for my PERM. YET, my front hairs (that frame my face) need to be fixed/permed immediately ... PLS. It's been almost TWO WEEKS, and I'm surprised when yesterday I came to my appointment to have this "fixed" you turned me away b'cause you didn't have the 'product' on hand -- ?! *sigh* At least it's not a big deal.
