My husband and I have worked with Brooke Feather and Amber Hurley multiples times. Brooke sold our first home and helped us buy our second. In our experience, the practices of Lenihan Sotheby's in Louisville / Indiana are shady at best. Read below for details. In our buying experience, we made the mistake of working with Brooke Feather -- DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! TL;DR -- At best, Brooke was unprofessional, uncommunicative, careless, and unmotivated.
