I owned this business for over 16 years, but closed the doors more than 2 years ago. Never have I ever talked with either of these two people that have left me negative reviews. If having repeated unscheduled visits, a "one day job" span 6 weeks (still not done), and lots of scrap that you have to pay to have hauled away after being told it would be taken care of are what you're looking for, this is the place to go. Also, would anybody like an aluminum chimney and a cast iron stove? I've already missed a ton of work over this.
To be fair, it was over 10 years ago that we had interacted with this man,...but some things don't change. He was terribly inappropriate, asked questions that no one should ask and didn't do the job well. Both my mother and I felt 'dirty' after dealing with him on separate occasions. I can't put down less than one star or I would.
