All they want is money. They give you quote, and the eletrician arrives,the price doubled. I'm a 71 yr old,and they told me that since the company did not include the bulbs need, you need to purchase the bulbs. I asked him if he would come back tomorrow and he told me it would be an additional $90 just to install the light bulbs. I tried to climb the ladder which is very high and tried to put the bulbs in, but I almost fell.
