The staff are amazing with the kids and make sure they are well entertained while the parents get their teeth cleaned or when the kiddos are in the chair as well. Not only is Dr. Charity and his staff professional and highly skilled, but they are magicians. Dr. Charity and his staff have gone to a lot of inconvenience to ensure my appliance delivery was a priority to meet my insurance deadlines. They chased the paperwork from medical doctors, they were persistent in getting approval with my insurance and somehow managed to get my appliance made in record time. i don't know how they did it, but they knew it was important for my health and made it happen. I have been very satisfied with Dr. Charity and his team for my cleanings, so naturally when I needed a crown replaced I came to Dental Elements. Dr. Charity took the time to explain why the procedure was needed, gave me a time frame that he recommended the procedure to be done so I could prepare for it, and is dedicated to achieving results in a completely comfortable way.
