Company is a complete joke. Had Leah Mooney do titles, after 3 months of her not answering her phone and being unable to leave a voice mail I had to find her on Facebook to ask why I still legally didn't own my house. She listed excuse after excuse. I attempted to contact a higher up about her inability to do her job as it still took another entire month to get paperwork done when originally we were told 2 week turnaround time. Another successful closing, thanks to Heidi Harrington at LendServ. I've used their Title services multiple times over the past decade, and I've never had a question that wasn't answered or a transaction that failed to complete. There's a mountain of paperwork to sign, but Heidi will take as little or as much time as you need to go over the documents, and highlight specific items of importance going forward (homestead, next year's tax copy of closing, etc.). I’ve worked with Lendserv for over 8 years. I decided to change my glowing review for them to a negative one. The main reason is because I noticed they stopped recording documents in a timely manner after we purchased properties.This resulted in delayed closings. I don’t recommend any investors to work with them. Find a company that cares for your business and priorities. Not one that won’t acknowledge their own negligence or own up to their mistakes.
I have had the pleasure of closing with Ashley and Anna at the Lendserv Bloomington office many times, and each experience has been exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to making the process smooth and stress-free are truly appreciated. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a title company.
