HORRIBLE Lendon experience. Bad management. No upfront docs. Huge buried fees. Impossible design process — lots of delays and rude, nit-picky comments (unless you are with Black Crow). Folks who sold us their lot had the same issues and gave up. We gave up too. It’s all Black Crow there now. Better think twice before you buy in Lendon.
This place is going to loose it's charm quickly. Developers are turning this area into another dismal apartment community that's going to destroy the beauty of what could have been a great neighborhood. Jones Valley is joining Huntsville as the next mini-Atlanta. Can't believe they're building it right next to a school!
