Easily the best loan experience I've had. I bought a new (used) car back in 2019 on average credit, and they offered with a 20-25% APR. Not too bad for low 600 credit score. Since then I was offered a loan extension and additional funds to help my business grow, a $5000 addition with no additional fees or high APR rate. Twice I had a family emergency and once I had COVID then a stroke. I give them 1 star just because I have to. I wouldn't give them even that! Their service is crummy, they call you 30 times a day even on weekends if you miss a payment and burry you in interest fees.

Applied for a personal loan and was approved right away. Highly recommend Lendmark for any personal help. Also awesome customer service!

I went to purchase a vehicle and the dealership worked with this lender. I spoke to the lender and gave my info, got called back a few hours later with an approval. I was supposed to receive an email link which took over an hour to receive in order to upload my documents. When told to come see them for paperwork, I was never even told where to go or with whom I would be doing business with.
