Used to not have problems with lendmark but as of this year they have been very disorganized and are screwing up a lot... They decided the payment I made on the 17th of this month wasn't enough so they double charged me on the 21st and will not give the money back... Thanks for overdrafting my account.. PS: I've never missed a payment or been late on a payment in the 5 years I've dealt with this company
Experience with the Fairlawn office has been outstanding. Jeff and Linda are really good at their jobs and make u feel comfortable when getting a loan from their office.
All around great people to work with, will do their best to help you. And also have more than one ah to help you. I recently financed a dirt bike, an wanted to consolidate payments, and they gave me a separate loan on top of the financing. The monthly payment doesn’t break you either. I deal with Kaylee Watson every time, and she is absolutely awesome. I will def return when I go to get my son a 4 wheeler once I get my bike paid off.
