Staff was awesome & signing papers was easy. The team made me feel welcome and at ease. The process was seamless. Complimentary coffee and tea was a plus.
Used to not have problems with lendmark but as of this year they have been very disorganized and are screwing up a lot... They decided the payment I made on the 17th of this month wasn't enough so they double charged me on the 21st and will not give the money back... Thanks for overdrafting my account.. PS: I've never missed a payment or been late on a payment in the 5 years I've dealt with this company
