I currently have an auto loan with this company, and honestly, my experience has been disappointing. Once I pay off my loan, I will not be doing business with them again. When I’ve needed help, I haven’t felt supported or treated fairly, even in situations that were outside of my control. The customer service has been frustrating, and I regret choosing them for my auto loan. Looking back, I should have stayed with my bank instead of trying something new.
