Brooke and john made it feel like home when I came in and got a loan for debt consolidation from a car repair bill loan with outrageous apr. when I was getting denied by everywhere else. They gave me a got me approved and with a reasonable apr.
Brooke was understanding of the situation/why we were getting the loan without me having to explain every last detail. She explained to my daughter that she was responsible for the loan payments which I appreciated so I didn't sound like the nagging parent. The branch manager was out and Brooke did a great job of multitasking but still providing great customer service.
