Both ladies were very nice in the office but Jill helped me and she’s absolutely amazing! She got me in fast quick with no hassle and I appreciate her and the Lakeland office very much. Thank you !

Each time I called, there seemed to be an update available regarding my application or account, which left me wondering why I had to be the one to call every time to receive that information.
