I'm a New Customer, haven't received a bill. It's been almost a month just got my credit report in the mail. Aggressive Collections: Harassing phone calls for payments and stating it's the end of the month they are about to report the credit bureau. I don't have a bill. I don't have an account number. The lady there wouldn't even take a payment over the phone with my wife. "You'll have to use the mobile app." Once again no bill, no account number.
