Applied for a small personal loan online, never received a phone call so I called them. The lady answering the phone was totally clueless and unprofessional, asked the same questions that I completed online. Was told I would get a phone call with a determination. It’s been days and no phone call. This company lacks courtesy. At least let people know if they qualify or not so they can pursue other options.
