Rude customer service. Harassing phone calls, with threats, and rude to my employers when they call. Interest is high and ridiculous, aswell as they do not let you use a credit builder card to make your payment. Debit card only. Also will hit your credit score if you are even a few days late on your payment. Even when you have discussed with them when you can pay asap.
Don't...just don't. If you default by even one second they will harass and threaten you with collections and lawsuits. And YES they will sue you.
I recently came in for a personal loan and I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating.
Daniel, Barbie and Lori are always so nice and helpful. Sometimes I call at 5:29 and they will still answer the phone. Most businesses would not dare answer the phone 1 minute before closing.
Barbra there , I will always make sure she never wait on me ,or I will go so else ! We agreed to a certain amount the day before, after she didn't return my call for a loan twice, I had to keep calling her back,guess the loan wasn't enough for her. We made it Very clear on what I was getting without my payment increasing, so I took of from work, drove from an town, to find that my payment was higher and she knew it..... so I ask the manager for a complaint number to call ,and he gave me a made up number that never answers...... read more
