RecommendedI worked very closely with Ms. Toya Smalls and she was wonderful and went up and beyond to make it happen. The website is garbage when you have a promotional period. It’s always showing a balance with interest, it doesn’t give you a promotional end date, and when you email, they give you a date the promotional periods ends and an amount, however, they said I need to figure out my balance each month. They want their customers fail and pay interest. The last month, the website would only let me pay a certain amount and it was less than paying it off so they could make sure they got interest. Oh, and it’s all online...

Horrible company. Took out a loan. Covid-19 hit they wanted at least 10% of my loan each month when I asked to defer my loan. I was receiving no unemployment, nothing. Tried to pay off the amount that is due and have been on hold for 5 hours 30 mins after the women I spoke to said she would be right back. During the pandemic they reported me 30 days late while they where doing an internal investigation on their handling of my loan. Dropped my score 36 points durning the pandemic. Every other lender is allowing payment deferrments due to Covid19. Lending Point has been impossible to work with. There are so many people who sick and millions of people losing their jobs. Get with the program and help people out!
