My personal contact with Lending Point exceeded my expectations. I spoke to Debby Meyer Loan specialist, and to my expectations she was fantastic. She explained all the options of the loan ,assisted me in the preparation of my documents that were required. Believe me it was painless !!!!!!!! More lending companies (i.e) Banks, Credit Unions should ,take lessons from Lending Point. They believe in helping Americans, when they need Monetary assistance. Very quick loan process. Deborah Meier was very quick with reponses to my questions and very efficient with the process as I had the funds the next day. Yes, interest rate is higher than I wanted, but I will work with it to reach my goals.

Debby Meier was friendly and very helpful. I had some trouble getting the docs she needed to go through. My fault but it all worked out. The loan process was understandable longer for me because of some system errors (bad network connections, etc.) that were encountered during my loan process. Definitely not Lendingpoint's fault. Debby helped me throughout the process and boy did she deliver! The customer service was great and kept me updated every step of the way. She did more then expected and it was very much appreciated. Loan process was a bit cumbersome but overall fair. Contact with this company by phone is impossible. I want to pay off my loan and the number provided by the company disconnects immediately. Tried emailing with no response to date. I will likely file a formal complaint with the BBB later today. Bottom line, be wary.
