THEY PROMISED TO GIVE YOU $2100 BACK IF LOAN MODIFICATION IS DENIED, WHICH IS OFTEN THE CASE, SINCE THEY DO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS AND DO NOT FOLLOW BANK DEADLINES. WHEN YOU ASKED FOR YOUR MONEY BACK THEY ASK YOU TO READ YOUR CONTRACT COPY WHICH DOES NOT CONTAIN THE COPY WERE THEY PROMISED YOUR MONEY BACK. NOT even a one star is deserved by this so call law group. their loan modification are a fraud. they promised your money back $2100 if your loan modification is denied, but read the contract copy of the contract that they give you this is not included. the whole process is a nightmare, they do not answer the phone and do not follow the banks deadlines for documentation. do not pay them in advance the law says nobody can charge in advanced for a loan modification assistance. i'm not the only one a group of us from santa barba... read more
