Worst customer service that I have experienced. Loan officer doesnt seem to have much knowledge about loan process, and evades every questions rather than trying to help the customer. I had to stick to them since I was going through things in personal life and didnt want to re-invest time and energy into loan process. Worst decision in hindsight. Please choose a different vendor.
